Kundalini yoga is a balanced blend of exercises that help you feel clear, calm, and relaxed in both body and mind.

ENHANCE FITNESS

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9am-10am

Enhance Fitness is a group exercise class that is proven to improve balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, and mental sharpness and decrease the risk of falling.

Cost: Free to members (Class made possible by funding from PCA.)

 

SilverSneakers ®

Instructors: Arlene Reid & Bernice Thornton

Mon, Wed, & Fri: 8am-9am & 9am-10am

SilverSneakers is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults.

Free for certain insurance plan members.

Cost: $2 per class

 

STRETCH 4 LIFE

Instructor: Yvonne Hardin

Mondays & Wednesdays 12:30pm to 1:30pm

This class improves flexibility, and helps to reduce pain and discomfort. The movements engage all of the muscles in the body, lengthening limbs and torso. You’ll leave feeling relieved & renewed.

AGELESS GRACE WITH JUAN

Instructor: Juan Bacote

3rd Tuesdays at 10:00AM

Ageless Grace is a fitness and wellness program that consists of 21 simple exercise tools designed for all ages and abilities. These exercises, based on everyday movements that are natural and organic, focus on the healthy longevity of the body and mind.
