SilverSneakers is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults.

Free for certain insurance plan members.

This class improves flexibility, and helps to reduce pain and discomfort. The movements engage all of the muscles in the body, lengthening limbs and torso. You’ll leave feeling relieved & renewed.
